2. How the purchase works

Measurement → Agreement → Payment → Dispatch → Receipt → Inspection

  1. Measure the door opening. If needed, we will advise you which dimensions to provide.
  2. Select the product on the website and note the model, size, colour, configuration and preferred hardware.
  3. Contact us by phone, e-mail or messenger and send the order details.
  4. We will prepare a specification, confirm stock availability or estimated production lead time, and provide shipping costs.
  5. Once all conditions and the payment method are agreed, the order is confirmed.
  6. Upon receipt of the goods, we recommend checking the packaging, completeness and any visible damage before signing the carrier’s documents.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

An order may be placed via the website, e-mail, phone or through our manager.

The sales contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order by e-mail, phone or another agreed method.

Before the order is confirmed, the customer may agree changes regarding the model, quantity, colour, configuration or other parameters.

4. Prices and payment

Prices on the website are stated in the applicable sales currency. For non-standard solutions, individual configurations, custom sizes or special options, the price may be calculated separately.

Available payment methods may include:

  • bank transfer based on an invoice;
  • online payment, if available on the website;
  • other payment methods, if separately agreed between the parties.

For made-to-order goods or goods with individual parameters, an advance payment of 50–70% may be required. The remaining balance shall be paid before dispatch or by another agreed method.

5. Delivery and lead times

Delivery within Slovakia is carried out by carrier or courier depending on the nature, size and weight of the goods.

Delivery to other EU countries is available on request. The cost, timing and availability of such delivery are calculated individually after receiving the exact address and order composition.

  • In-stock items: dispatched as soon as reasonably possible, subject to availability and logistics conditions.
  • Made-to-order items: the estimated lead time is usually 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unless expressly agreed otherwise, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Partial deliveries may be agreed where appropriate.

6. Receipt of goods and damage

The customer is recommended to inspect the goods upon receipt, including packaging integrity, number of packages, completeness and any visible damage.

If visible damage is discovered, we recommend recording it in the carrier’s documents, taking photographs and notifying us without delay.

Inspection upon receipt helps resolve issues with the carrier more quickly, but does not limit the customer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

7. Withdrawal from contract

If the customer is a consumer and the contract was concluded at a distance, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law, in particular for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

8. Complaints and warranty

Complaints regarding product defects or warranty matters may be sent to us by e-mail, phone or another agreed method. To speed up the handling, we recommend attaching a description of the issue, photos or videos, and proof of purchase.

Complaints are handled without undue delay in accordance with applicable law and/or the manufacturer’s conditions.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

If a dispute between the seller and a consumer cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may contact an ADR entity in Slovakia, including the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI).

The EU ODR platform has been discontinued since 20.07.2025.

10. Final provisions

The seller may amend or update these terms. For a specific order, the version valid at the time of order confirmation by the seller shall apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties.
