2. What personal data we process

identification and contact data: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address;
order data: information about ordered products, configuration, price, payment method and order status;
delivery and installation data: delivery address, installation address, contact person and order notes;
communication data: content of messages, requests and replies, including communication via e-mail, phone, website forms or messengers, if you choose such channels;
technical data: IP address, cookies, browser type, device type, basic technical logs and website visit statistics, where such analytics are used.

Order placement and performance — to accept, confirm, process, deliver and install your order, and to provide warranty and after-sales services. Legal basis: performance of a contract and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

communication and enquiry data — for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and related business communication;
