The price on the page is for the door leaf. The final price is built from the leaf plus the selected elements.
Included in the leaf price: leaf in a base or promo colour (no surcharge), painted edge, lock mortising, standard sizes. Required selections: frame type (STANDARD / LUXE / INSIDE or Magic 2 sliding system), concealed hinges, opening side. Optional (surcharge): architrave, extension board, “max sound insulation” filling, M-edge (AL / AL Black / GL), decorative elements, automatic drop seal, magnetic stopper, custom sizes, RAL colours (+20%). Not included: lock and handle (leaf supplied with lock mortising). Weight: leaf ~25 kg; frame MDF ~12 kg / aluminium ~5 kg.

The frame defines both the look of the door and the opening direction. Choose by style and opening direction:

Casing identical on both sides, leaf slightly recessed into the rebate. Opens outward.
LUXE — flush
Leaf flush with the casing, modern look. Narrower frame. Opens outward.

Casing details:
- STANDARD — casing identical on both sides; leaf recessed into the rebate, the frame edge stands out slightly (classic).
- LUXE — flush: on the opening side the leaf is flush with the casing; frame narrower (80/77 mm).
- INSIDE — two different casings: on the front opening side the special INSIDE casing (painted only), on the reverse side the standard one (painted/veneered).
Important for INSIDE: no mortising for a strike plate is done; only a magnetic lock with a magnetic strike plate is recommended. A rosette and plinth are not made for the INSIDE frame.
Tip: if some doors in the apartment open outward and some inward, LUXE (outward) and INSIDE (inward) are flush and match each other.
Magic 2 sliding system (frameless)

The leaf moves along the wall on the concealed Terno Scorrevoli Magic 2 system. There is no frame, hinges, casing or extension jamb here — only the leaf and the system. The mechanism, carriages and soft-close dampers are hidden inside the leaf, so the leaf is milled.
The Magic 2 system is included in the option price.

Important: beside the opening you need free wall space of at least the leaf width — otherwise there is nowhere to slide the door. Due to the system's minimum width (680 mm) the 600 mm leaf is unavailable. Upper limit — 1000 mm: this is the maximum leaf width the factory makes.

The leaf is painted — a paint coating in RAL or KEMICHAL fan decks. Palette and surcharges — in the "Colours" section below.

Casing (architrave)
A profile that frames the doorway and covers the wall-to-frame joint. Material — MDF. Size: 12 × 80 × 2150 mm.
Concealed hinges (invisible when the door is closed). Mortised into the leaf and frame. Colours: matt chrome, white, black, gold. The size depends on the frame: for STANDARD/LUXE — hinges ~30 mm; for INSIDE — hinges up to 23 mm.
For the INSIDE frame no mortising for a strike plate is done — a magnetic lock with a magnetic strike plate is recommended.

The edge is the side edge of the leaf visible when the door is open. It can be left standard or made decorative (M-edge). Options:
- Standard — edge in the leaf colour (no surcharge).
- AL — brushed aluminium (silver).
- AL Black — brushed black.
- GL — gold.
The metal M-edge (AL / AL Black / GL) is added at a surcharge to the leaf price.
On the Magic 2 sliding system the M-edge is fitted only on the left and right sides of the leaf (without the top and bottom edge).

The door block width is larger than the leaf by the frame width on both sides plus mounting gaps (3 mm each between leaf and frame). The exact opening size depends on the frame type and extension jamb — we recommend agreeing it with our manager.

Standard (Standard core). A frame of glued pine solid wood and plywood, faced with MDF. A lighter leaf, sufficient strength for ordinary rooms. No surcharge.
Maximum sound insulation (Solid core). Continuous filling over the entire leaf area. The leaf is heavier and denser, with noticeably better sound insulation. Recommended for bedrooms, studies and children's rooms.
For a preliminary calculation, you can measure the door opening yourself. It is important to measure the width and height at several points, as the opening may be uneven.

What to send the manager for a preliminary calculation

Self-measuring is suitable for a preliminary calculation. For the final order, a professional measurement or an additional size check with the manager is recommended.

For the Magic 2 sliding system: here the side means the direction in which the leaf slides along the wall. The direction is set during installation, but the handle position is agreed in advance — indicate the preferred side in the order comment or check with the manager.
Drop-down seal
Model: CCE Trend C
A retractable bottom seal: lowers to the floor when the door closes and blocks draught, noise, light and dust; lifts when it opens.
Magnetic stopper
Model: Verum model 2
A magnetic door catch/holder: holds the leaf and stops it gently, protecting the wall and casing. Concealed mortising.
Care and use
• Interior-use door: air humidity up to 60 %, temperature +5…+40 °C; protect from direct sunlight, damp and precipitation. • Before installation, let the leaf acclimatise indoors for 3–4 days; until fitting, store flat or on edge leaning against a wall. • Installation is done by a specialist and only after finishing works (plaster, painting, wallpaper). Gaps: 3–4 mm leaf/frame, 7–15 mm to the floor. • We recommend fitting a door stopper — it protects the wall and architrave. • Care: wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; no solvents, abrasives or hard sponges; avoid impacts and mechanical damage.
Decorative elements ▾
Panel casing
decorative panels framing the door opening. Styles: Flat, Minimal, Allure (incl. America and Rome-Veneziano). Price per m², depending on the style. The price is calculated by area — please check with the manager.
Skirting board
Floor skirting board matching the door/architrave, MDF. Standard length 2620 mm; length 2800 mm available on request.
Rebate strip
Covers the rebate gap between the leaf and the frame (or between leaves): against draught, noise and light gaps.
Facade strip
A decorative overlay strip to finish the frame/opening facade — gives the door a complete look.
Rosette (set of 2 pcs, not for INSIDE)
A decorative casing element at the joint, set of 2 pcs. Not available for INSIDE.
Cornice
An upper decorative element above the door unit — an accent in classic style.
Threshold
A floor threshold for the doorway: covers the joint between floor coverings.
Plinth
Lower support/decorative element of the architrave (plinth block), set of 2 pcs. Not for INSIDE.
