All door leaves are manufactured on the basis of a frame made of finger-jointed pine timber (Grade 1). This ensures high rigidity and eliminates the risk of deformation. The frame includes horizontal stiffening ribs. The frame is filled with an MDF lattice, which provides additional structural stiffness. The frame together with the filler is bonded on both sides with MDF (HDF) boards, the thickness of which varies depending on the model. A final finishing process is then applied using high-quality European materials. An aluminium edge profile is installed around the perimeter of the door leaf, giving it a complete appearance and increasing wear resistance during use. Door leaf thickness: 40 mm or 52 mm (rebated leaf). With standard outward opening (towards you), a non-rebated leaf is used. For inward opening (INSIDE), the door leaf and aluminium edge are made with a rebate. The door leaf can be installed as a hinged door, as well as with sliding, pivot (folding) and ROTO systems.
