Description
The A1 door from the ART Vision series by Omega with an aluminium concealed-mount frame. The frame is built into the wall flush — from the outside neither the frame, nor the casing, nor the hinges are visible. It looks like a door leaf set straight into the wall.
This solution suits minimalist interiors where the door should not draw attention. The leaf can be painted the colour of the wall — then it almost disappears.

What the frame set includes:
concealed Otlav hinges with ready-made mortising — 2 pcs for leaves up to 2100 mm, 3 pcs from 2110 mm;
AGB magnetic lock with strike plate and mortising for it;
seal;
mounting brackets.
So the hardware does not need to be bought separately — the frame arrives fully assembled.
There is no casing or extension jamb here. The design does not provide for it: the frame is plastered flush with the wall, there is no joint to cover. This also means such a door must be installed before the final wall finishing.
Door block dimensions: for a 2000×600 leaf — 2035×652 mm, 2000×700 — 2035×752 mm, 2000×800 — 2035×852 mm, 2000×900 — 2035×952 mm. Gap between floor and leaf — 10 mm, between leaf and frame — 3 mm on each side. Gap between wall and frame recommended 10–20 mm.
Opening direction
The concealed-mount frame works both ways, but the leaf thickness depends on the direction.
Outward opening — leaf 40 mm. The door opens away from you, toward the corridor.
Inward opening — leaf 56 mm. The door opens toward you, into the room.
Inward opening is only possible with leaves of the ART Vision, Lines and WoodLine series — which is why it is available for this model.
If you install doors with different opening directions side by side, the height and width of the visible part of the blocks will differ for leaves of the same size. For the blocks to line up, account for the 13 mm rebate and order the appropriate leaf — this is worth discussing with the manager at the ordering stage.
Leaf finish
Primer — the leaf arrives primed, for painting yourself. The cheapest option and the base price of this listing. Convenient when the door needs to be painted exactly the wall colour together with the finishing.
Paint — factory paint coating. Base colours (white, ivory) and promo colours (RAL 1014, 3015, 5024, 6019, 7037, 7040, 9001, K050) — at no extra charge.
RAL painting (custom) — any other RAL or NCS shade.
Veneer — natural oak or American walnut veneer.
If you choose primer: before painting, be sure to scuff the leaf with 600–1000 grit sandpaper, otherwise the paint will go on unevenly.
Lock type
The frame set includes an AGB magnetic lock. You only need to choose the mechanism — it determines what is on the handle from the inside:
WC — turn mechanism (thumb-turn). For the bathroom, toilet, bedroom — wherever the door is locked from the inside.
PZ — for a cylinder mechanism, i.e. for a key. For a study, storeroom, dressing room.
If the door does not need to be locked at all — choose WC and simply do not use the thumb-turn. Both options are the same price.

No edge — the side edge of the leaf is painted or veneered together with the leaf.
Al edge — an aluminium profile is fitted along the contour of the leaf on all four sides. It is not only about looks: the metal frame protects the edge from chipping and makes the line between leaf and frame crisper.
The edge colour matches the frame colour — AL or AL BLACK, no separate choice needed.
Leaf width
Standard widths: 600, 700, 800 and 900 mm — at no extra charge.
Custom width is made up to 1000 mm in 10 mm steps, at a surcharge. The factory does not make leaves wider than 1000 mm.
Leaf height
Base heights at no extra charge — 2000 and 2013 mm. Maximum height — 2500 mm.

You do not need to choose the number of hinges — it is determined by the height automatically, and the frame price already includes the required set.
Leaf filling
Standard — a batten frame of glued solid pine and plywood, sheathed in MDF. Sufficient for an ordinary room.
Reinforced (sound/heat) — denser filling inside the leaf. Worth choosing for a bedroom, nursery or study, and also if the door faces a noisy corridor or stairwell.
For a preliminary calculation, you can measure the door opening yourself. It is important to measure the width and height at several points, as the opening may be uneven.

Self-measuring is suitable for a preliminary calculation. For the final order, a professional measurement or an additional size check with the manager is recommended.

Important: for the concealed-mount frame the side is determined separately for outward and inward opening — the schemes are different. First decide on the direction, then check against the corresponding pair of schemes.

The door opens toward you, into the room. The scheme for determining the side here is different — do not carry over the conclusion from outward opening, otherwise the door block will arrive mirrored.

The opening side cannot be changed after manufacture — the frame arrives with mortising for hinges and lock on a specific side. If in doubt, send the manager a photo of the opening from both sides, and we will check together.
